Problem :
In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has become increasingly difficult. With people constantly chasing deadlines, traveling for work, or working late hours, pet care often takes a backseat.
Finding reliable pet sitters, walkers, or scheduling vet visits can be a major challenge. Moreover, the online pet market is fragmented, forcing pet owners to browse multiple platforms to find the right services and products for their pets.
Challenge :
The main challenge was to simplify the pet care experience for busy individuals struggling to balance work and personal life. Pet owners needed a reliable, all-in-one platform to find trusted service providers, manage bookings, and access pet products seamlessly.
Overcoming user hesitation toward online pet services and ensuring trust, convenience, and transparency were key priorities in the design process.
Insights :
Dog owners often miss taking out their pets for walk because of time constraints.
There are very few trust worthy sitters in their areas.
They leave their pets with friends/family, and its a huge problem when they are not available.
Not comfortable with a stranger alone in their house.
Vets are not available in remote areas, so usually they have to travel to the cities to get their pets treated
Pet accessories are usually expensive.
Solution :
A digital solution that consolidates all pet care services and products into a single platform. This app enables quick and easy booking of thoroughly vetted pet sitters and dog walkers, offers online vet consultations, and includes a dedicated e-commerce section for pet care products.
